Payment Plans

I accept Payment plans!

  • Payment plans start at 150usd+, anything under 150 must be upfront

  • Non refundable down deposit of 15% to dis-encourage blackouts

  • payment plans must be payed within a stated time that is discussed between artist and commissioner depending on commission price

  • a payment plans fee of 5% per transaction must be paid due to continuous transfer fees

Age

  • I only do regular businesses with people who are 18 or/and older.

  • I only draw nsfw and suggestive art for people who are 18 or older

  • In order to get access to my NSFW info please ask with some sort of proof of age!

Getting Started

Getting a commission is super exciting! in order to make the process smooth for you and I heres some things you have to know beforehand!

  • i have the right to decline a commission for any reason without disclosing why.

  • I take Cashapp, PayPal, or Venmo!

  • Being on waitlist can be up to 4 weeks! Your commission can take upwards to 4 weeks or more depending on commission type or my time.

  • animations take time to finish! it can take upwards to a year to finish depending on length and character complexity.

  • I need a pose description on what you want! At least a character personality description if you are giving me artistic freedom!

  • Please have a good, and readable refsheet of image! I am unable to color pick a character's ref if its too pixelated, shaded, 3d models, or traditional!

  • I will not draw highly saturated characters! i will ask to desaturate them.

  • i take payment AFTER i finish a sketch.

  • I put wip commissions in my trello queue- it is public, link is in prices page. commissions are not done in order. they are done in convenience.

  • If you have changed your username and do not inform me, It is possible I cannot find you, refund, and cancel the commission.

  • Art is a luxury, not a necessity, and takes time. treat the process with paitence and respect. harassment will not be tolerated and there will be full to no refund and can lead to a blacklist.

Refunds

My commissions do take time to finish! I do NOT give refunds unless i have an emergency such as excessive school work! Or burnout! if this comes to happen i apologize and offer a refund depending on how far i came to being finished

  • Not started:100% refund

  • Sketch:75% refund

  • Lineart: 50% refund

  • Colored:25% refund

  • Finished: 0% refund

chargebacks after and during a commission is being made is not allowed. I will dispute the claim and a blacklist under "scam" will occur.

Process

  • I open my commissions around the beginning of the month and that's when you would message me to commission me! I have a limited amount of slots!

  • Once i start i will not change the character!

  • I start with a sketch phase.This is where everything you want to fix must be fixed! If you do not like the pose its free of charge for me to change it.

  • After the sketch is approved i go straight to lining! If there is many changes needed in the placement of limbs and such it will be 5$.

  • Once commission is done i will do only very very minimal changes such as missing markings, piercings, glasses, and such. Anything big will require additional charges.

  • I then send the finished product through discord, email, or any of your preferred methods!

Reposting, Crediting, Commercial use

  • All art belongs to artist and commissioner

  • NOT to be used for personal profit such as shirts, keychains, cards, etc.

  • NOT to be used for NFTS

  • NOT to be used for AI generation, Ai prompts, ANYTHING TO DO WITH AI

  • You may reupload and use your new commission with proper credit “@themsinfulkids” in the description!

  • i will post the art on my socials, discord servers, use it as commission examples and promotion. If this bothers you please tell me before hand

Adopt and Designs

Raffles

  • Raffles are free to enter at all times

  • Raffles are LOW priorty compared to commissions.

  • Animations take time and can take upwards to a year to complete

  • Animation raffles are free to enter and the process is free UNLESS the character is complex. This will require a complex character fee if you win the raffle.

  • I will not do super overly complex characters for raffles.

  • Raffles are considered FREE GIFTS. I dont belive disrespect shall be rewarded. I have a right to revoke a raffle if there is disrespectful interaction or TOS breaks.

Physical Products

  • my physical products apply for the rest of the tos!

  • i take payment BEFORE I start to deter from ghosting

  • physical products are made to order in batches and can take upwards to 3 to 4 months.

  • physical products are eligible for remake/ partial refund only if:

  • courier fault

  • shipping damage

  • manufacturing print error

  • personal shipping mistake

  • physical products are NOT eligible for remake/ partial refund if:

  • incorrect address provided

  • failure to sign packages

  • dislike of pre-approved product

  • self damage after delivery
