Inactive payment plans of +3 weeks will be canceled and non-refundable

Work done during a non-completed payment plan will be sent but not completed.

i have the right to decline a commission for any reason without disclosing why.

I take Cashapp, Kofi, PayPal, or Venmo as payment methods.

I take FULL upfront payment unless it's an agreed upon payment plan. I will not do half and half, payment after sketch, etc.

Art is a luxury, not a necessity, and takes time. treat the process with paitence and respect. harassment, agitation, entitlement, and repeated boundary violations will not be tolerated and there will be full to no refund and can lead to a blacklist.

I need a pose description on what you want! At least a character personality description if you are giving me artistic freedom!

Please have a good, and readable refsheet or image! I will not take refsheet that is too pixelated, shaded, 3d/VRmodels, incomplete, or traditional.

I put wip commissions in my trello queue- it is public, link is in prices page. commissions are not done in order. They are done in artist’s convenience to keep workflow consistent and avoiding burnout.

Being on waitlist can be up to 4 weeks! Your commission can take upwards to 3 months depending on commission type, commission placement,and my time.

animations take time to finish! it can take upwards to a year to finish depending on length and character complexity.

Chargeback make you lose all artwork rights and should not be used.

I do not continue on with the artwork

Once i start the lineart, The character cannot be changed.

I start with a sketch phase.This is where everything you want to fix must be fixed! If you do not like the pose its free of charge for me to change it.

After the sketch is approved i go straight to lining! If there is many changes needed in the placement of limbs and such it will be 5$.

Once commission is done i will do only very very minimal changes such as missing markings, piercings, glasses, and such. Anything big will require additional charges.

I then send the finished product through discord, email, or any of your preferred methods!

Raffles are free to enter at all times

Raffles, Gifts, Trades, and Dsicounted artwork are LOW priorty compared to regular commissions, meaning it will take longer than usual.

Animations take time and can take upwards to a year to complete

Animation raffles are free to enter and the process is free UNLESS the character is complex. This will require a complex character fee if you win the raffle.

physical item raffles are free shipping unless stated otherwise

I will not do super overly complex characters for raffles.

Raffles and Gifts are considered FREE GIFTS. I dont belive disrespect shall be rewarded. I have a right to revoke art if there is disrespectful interaction or TOS breaks.

You may change the design you buy from me. Gender, species, markings, can be changed, please do not make the design completely unrecognizable from the original.

Co-owning is fine, separate profiles on toyhouse is fine but not recommended, if this route is decided, you mustlink the profiles together in some way.

You may refrence my designs, please ask first. Some designs I am not comfortable with referencing.

You must always credit me as the creator of the design despite the changes and edits

Some of the rights to the design are all yours. You may use the design for commercial use and for your own image. What you may not do is use the character for pedophilic or zoophilc acts, the design will be revoked.

If you want to buy a design and use it for a premade fursuit for sale, a small, predetermined amount of payment just go to the designer.

You are allowed to resell or trade any designs you have purchased. You do not need to ask me.

You may not resell a design for more than. You bought it for unless there is added art such as commissioned work or set that you have drawn for yourself. Gift art and free art does not add to the value.

If a design was gifted to you, you may only regift it, unless art with value is added

I'd a design was bought for 100$ and it was resold to you for 50, it Is now 50 unless art with value is added

No design must be given to any blacklisted user! No exceptions.
